We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the tag is removed, you will not be able to return it.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, buyers are responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item is not returned in its original condition. This includes signs of wear, damage, missing tags, odors, or any condition that prevents the item from being resold as new.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please email or get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All digital products, including tutorials, patterns, and videos, are available for download immediately after purchase. Customers must download their products within 24 hours, as download links may expire after this period. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree that these products are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. While we make every effort to ensure successful delivery, we are not responsible for failed downloads caused by technical issues on your device. All digital products remain the intellectual property of Megagatha LLC, and purchasing them grants a limited license for personal use only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
To receive your desired item as quickly as possible, please return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether your return is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
